Devizes RFC

Devizes RFC are a rugby club with amateur values and professional standards.

We are looking for a highly motivated Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist/Rehabilitator to provide medical services to our Men’s and Women’s squads.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Weekend match day medical cover.

- Mid week evening clinics/first aid provision.

- Provide effective assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and injury risk reduction programs to players

- Medical Stock and first aid provision management.

- Coordination of men’s second team pitch side first aid provision.

- Collaboration with the Director of Rugby and Strength and Conditioning coach to deliver a comprehensive injury prevention program.

- Manage accurate records of all aspects of injury management and first aid, within RFU regulations and in keeping with GDPR regulations

 Skills & Experience
- Bsc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Rehabilitation
- Current PHICIS Level 2 qualification or equivalent current Pitchside first aid qualification
- Experience working in a sports environment

 Location: Devizes RFC, Wiltshire, with travel throughout the South-West.

Salary: £20,000 (pro rata, average 20 hours per week, 10 months per year)
